Hello All!
It's been some time since I posted a blog but it is for great reasons. I have been making a lot of content, brainstorming, and perfecting my craft. I have a lot of recipes to share with you guys, as well as our journey through life and making sure wellness is included in every part of it.
Today I have a video of me making a smoothie containing peaches, pineapple, and bananas with the comedic effect of my lovely supportive fiancƩ lol
This is my first time ever recording a video that was made for a public audience so please excuse my awkwardness lol
It came out amazing and I will definitely be making them more often. It would take 5 mins. tops to make this and you could continue to conquer the day.
I also thought that this would be perfect now that we have officially been embraced with nice summer weather. Smoothies are a great way to cool down after being in the sun. They supply plenty of nutrients and are easy to customize for everyone's wants and needs.
This smoothie will supply you with nutrients such as Vitamin C, fiber, and potassium as well as a wide range of vitamins and minerals; best of all, it has an amazing taste!
